Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the exact day
During promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Nigeria

We currently ship to customers across Nigeria.

Estimated delivery times:

Lagos: 1–3 business days
South West Nigeria: 2–4 business days
Other States: 3–7 business days

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your package is lost during transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
